Meals on Wheels is needing volunteers to help deliver meals to our Wichita County senior community. To sign up, you must have someone who is at least 18 years of age to drive the car to drop off the meals. This means if your parents or older siblings are willing to sign up for you, you will help out. These hours will be counted as double credit. The hours for the delivery is from 10:30 am till about 1 pm. If you are already 18, you may sign up and drive by yourself. Precautions are being taken protect the health and safety of the volunteers and the senior community. If you are interested the driver MUST fill out the online application online. The link is included within the post. Then, you MUST call Miss Bella and let her know that you have signed up/ have a driver and what days you plan on helping out.
